Introduction new RMA procedure

Our goal is to always keep improving. With that in mind, we have examined different procedures to better serve our customers. One of the first procedures we are currently working on is our Return Material Authorization (RMA) procedure.

By improving this procedure we will be able to handle the returned goods more efficiently, thus helping all our customers in a shorter period of time.

Improvement of this procedure is currently in progress. We will keep you posted on this subject.
